Great service and great products

very disappointing day due to parcel arriving already opened, burgers package broken and some discoloured chicken breasts received. Emailed pictures across and NIKOLAS came to help me! rearranging for it to get sent out again due to 'unsurety if any safe' which I was relived by to know that the customer service team do really care for there customers!

Fingers crossed for my send out and wont happen again. Thank-you Nikolas!

Good Service's!

Always straightforward, very informative and always on time! Not to mention the selection is just incredible. Very fresh, lean meat and even a great place to go for energy drinks and protein snacks!

Nice tasty meals and full of protein

Luckily my order which contained raw meat, was only delivered at 18:30 on a day when it’s been at least 37 degrees Celsius for most of the day. The van wasn't refrigerated either.

Luckily the ice packs inside just kept the meat in good order, but you’d think common sense would of played a part in it?

Very nearly a waste of £65.

Be using muscle food for a couple of years now , excellent quality and variety with an abundance of various packages
Normal meals , barbecues etc not stuck for choice at affordable prices .

Totally unhelpful

The meat, as ever, is very good but the last box was left by the couriers outside my front door in the hot sun. No bell was rung and I was in. Fortunately I spotted the box about ten minutes after delivery so the heat had not penetrated the meat.
